Nothing to like except work from home .

Everything.Job timing is 6pm IST to 4 am IST. .First for 3 months you will be provided splunk training which is you have to do on your own ie by watching youtube videos and splunk documentation .Then comes the tricky part,Once you are done with the self training you will be alloted to a project where you have to take a remote of theclient sitting in USA and do his work (fraudlent work ) where you have to work against your ethics.The client is paying the owner handsomely and the owner (your employer) is paying you pennies.You will be alloted 2 or more projects just to fill the owners pocket (mind you will be getting same salary as discussed even if you are working on 1 or more projects) Apart from that you have to do some inhouse task on splunk after completing your project work.Extend your hours or work on weekend but the inhouse task needs to be done based on which your rating is decided . Such is the fraudelent work culture of the employer who made innocent employees work under him by making them sign 3 years bond (3 lakh bond)and gathering their educational documents with the cheque of amount 3 lakh. The client with whom you are working remotely, the employer gives the interview on behalf of their clients and you are then entitled to work wheter the job requires 10 or 12 years of relevant experience.Since the work is of contract basis (US based ) it does not matter whether you get caught during the process.You just shut down the laptop and dont work and catch another client to fill the pocket of employer....Read More
