I worked as a team manager in the Bangalore Floor!! What they trained us is completely wrong as per the company protocol!! We joined the company having a trust that they will pay the basic salary, they said we need to complete 3 demo every day , the leads which they give is completely mess , that students are not interested in attending demo session , we just put our efforts to complete the demo every day and completing the 12 sales task, even after coming home we worked forba company like asking our friends to take a course and requested them to join for the courses , even after doing all this thing , they showed us there real faces , what the hell is happening, we don't know, we received a feedback before from the old team manager, but we didn't believe in there words, cuz we have a trust on this bangalore floor company , we suffered a lot to finish our task, but we didn't get the salary as per what they trained actually!! My Question? What the fraudulent activities is going on in this company, we are students, we get many other companies to work , but there are many married women's had come there to work , they worked for salary just cuz they need to spend on children's education!! Till now no one got the proper salary!! By the way i really don't know, why they will delete all the comments and reviews which they receive from Employees!! I don't want to blame any other head quarter or branch Guys This is my suggestion, or think as a request , kindly don't work for Avodha in Bangalore Floor and anywhere else !!...Read More
