I joined avis as a fresher at Emirates - contact centre department. The induction and training was awsome. Also i found really helpful colleagues not only from my department but from other department who supported, guided and understood me. I also got the opportunity to meet, work and have a friendship with some of the individuals from germany for which i am really thankfull of avis.

Dislikes

I have to work on 24×7 shift environment thats why work-life balance was ok-ok. Yes i am really dissatisfied with my salary as i am getting very less in comparison my my work to others and now i am hoping for a healthy discussion with hr for the same and then i will discuss here about company's carrer growth and appraisals.

Company policies are really good. In terms of skill development training specially trainings are really good.

Dislikes

Too much politics. No appreciation for work. Taking credit of work. Although it's an MNC but worst then a lala company. Zero job security. WORK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
