The company is open to innovation. I have experienced and learned a lot to grow and to keep myself calm and focus on multi-tasking while being patient.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire process of management. Now In order to enhance my skill set, I am looking for better opportunities.
