Job Security Nil: Just hire and fire attitude of the company they don't have humanity, When i was working they fired 27 sales staff without any reason. HR given them notice to resign unwillingly they do! 🥺 same thing happened with me They hold my salary for the month of Jan 2021 till 11 Feb Till i didn't resign no reason. I lost myjob 😞😭 because HR & BM says you will be terminated like others if you don't resign. It's ok i dis but they are not giving me salary from 29. January to Feb. It was a dangerous decision to join Aviom 🙏 Hath Jodu Esi Company Ke. They almost spoil my career. I've to join another organization with too much adjustment & salary bargaining due to job lost.

The Team are not well trained in their new roles. Absence of clear goals and objectives and micromanagement and no development discussions in case. They throw you like a vegetable if you raise your voice… so I am not sure of what inclusivity they refer to.

Too many concern. No work life balance. No HR policy. Always threat by senior that PIP will be issue. Very toxic work culture. I suggest you plz don't come. This is the hell of NBFCs.
