Good for freshers and mechanical engineer. Co operative managers and staff in project department. Good Scope for R & D work as they r taking initiative to make in India products.

Dislikes

No work -life balance for project department. Salary increment is very low even though u work hard. Daily allowance for site person is only 200 Rs which is below average. 6day work. If u r in project department then u have to travel within a Pune or pan India in short notice.

Micro Management, heavy pressure, No exposure, nobody cares and help about our sales support but need to achieve 1cr quarterly or else after 3 months they will discontinue employees service or notice period. No holiday on national holidays like 2nd October Lala company with third grade management of sycophant one lady holds the whole show as she is close to the owner has no skills or management ability. App to track daily activities is a challange too. Always a threat on job security. Humongous difference in job description and actual job. Expect a min 14 hour day with 6 days a week.
