Job security, yearly bonus, yearly appraisal and good manager is what helps company to be stable even after not providing much employee benefits.

The thing I did not like was hiring through references and no equal opportunities to the deserving candidates. People hired through internal reference get good growth opportunities. Directors do not value an individual unique strength to grow and willingness to learn. No other employee benefits like traveling allowance or leave encashment. Full day working on Saturdays. Late seatings on usual basis....Read More
