The director's of the company are very supportive & understandable. According to me, you will never find such work environment in multinational companies like we have in AVH.

Dislikes

I personally think that there are any dislikes about AVH Polychem. However, I think, they should start giving relaxation in terms of keeping Weekly off on 2nd Saturday of the month. All working days sometimes becomes very hectic & exhausting.

Job security, yearly bonus, yearly appraisal and good manager is what helps company to be stable even after not providing much employee benefits.

Dislikes

The thing I did not like was hiring through references and no equal opportunities to the deserving candidates. People hired through internal reference get good growth opportunities. Directors do not value an individual unique strength to grow and willingness to learn. No other employee benefits like traveling allowance or leave encashment. Full day working on Saturdays.
