The work culture is good and even work life balance as well. Work pressure is moderate which is yielding in work life balance. Company has given good support during Covid time and it has provided all the required tools to make sure the product quality of work is upto the mark.

Dislikes

The growth is slow and has some political affiliations. Even if your giving the straight forward feedback, few of them taking it in a negative approach instead of working on the problem and trying to find a solution. The another thing is last year during covid time when the lock down started the performance review was completed and we would have received the appraisal but it was rolled back. It would have been if it was put on hold for 6 months and then if the productivity was good the appraisal should have been given along with arrears instead of complete roll back....Read More
