It's been 7 months me being into this organisation and I can vouch for this organisation. Perks of being in AD: 1. Surrounded around intellectual folks. They run an ECP programme wherein they hire from IMT Gaziabad/SCHMRD/NITIE/UBS/IIT. Always a pleasure to understand the thought process of the folks. 2. 1. No work life balance. 2. Favouritism culture. Based on that promotions decided 3. Over load 4. No standards followed. Has its own non valued standards 5. Outside city. Only company transport is convenient . 6. Expectations to work after office hours 7. Management team is same from the time of plant establishment so same practice following now as well 8. Career growth is slow
