Good work enviroment and culture teammates are supportive and the mangement is transparent there is a huge cafereria and gaming arcade for chilling company polices are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of plotics and the mangement dosen't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job trainning is not given to new joinees

The job is quite intersting struggled a bit in the begginng as there was no formal trainning session i learnt everything on the job i got a chance to wear multiplr hats and that helped me get a taste of diffrent roles within the same tema

Due to brand image of the company Avery has a good acceptance in market, though competition is creating big challenges in terms of pricing & quality.

Dislikes

Working culture is very toxic, no team building activities, one can't talk freely with other team members even, so many restrictions. No transparency in terms of roles & responsibility. Once you start performing well, achieving targets, started getting good incentive senior management will drag you down to demotivate you.
