Nothing to like at all. Its an organisation with old ppl who like to boss around. Of you don’t do it they won’t hesitate to kick you out without even thinking of impact on other’s stability

Favouritism and discrimination is on the next level here. HR’s here enjoys it the most and doesn’t even bother to hear the root cause of the problem. Negative job security You can be fired with out any reason and facts and proof regardless of your tenure and job level. Have seen people leaving in 2 months and 15 yrs

Due to brand image of the company Avery has a good acceptance in market, though competition is creating big challenges in terms of pricing & quality.

Dislikes

Working culture is very toxic, no team building activities, one can't talk freely with other team members even, so many restrictions. No transparency in terms of roles & responsibility. Once you start performing well, achieving targets, started getting good incentive senior management will drag you down to demotivate you.
