Nothing to dislike as such, little bit reservation is there in terms of facilities. Strict in targets towards achieving the no.s. Company should be little bit flexible as per market trend/demand.

Only company transport is convenient . 6. Expectations to work after office hours 7. Management team is same from the time of plant establishment so same practice following now as well 8. Career growth is slow

Nothing to like at all. Its an organisation with old ppl who like to boss around. Of you don’t do it they won’t hesitate to kick you out without even thinking of impact on other’s stability

Favouritism and discrimination is on the next level here. HR’s here enjoys it the most and doesn’t even bother to hear the root cause of the problem. Negative job security You can be fired with out any reason and facts and proof regardless of your tenure and job level. Have seen people leaving in 2 months and 15 yrs
