Which one to chose ? 1. R Systems International - Noida - 28LPA fixed - fixed Shift -> early IST morning to Afternoon - Full Remote 2. Macquarie Bank - Gurugram - 26 LPA fixed + 2Lac Joining Bonus - Rotational Shift - Hybrid on day time shift, otherwise remote. I have 7 years of experience and the previous role and job was stable. If anyone can tell me which company is toxic or not or had any experience?
