Salary on time. Office environment is nice.

Too much politics in office. It doesn't matter you work good or not, you will get promoted if you know politics. The Higher management is very reluctant about that. Work pressure is enormous. The company takes 3 times the work w.r.t the employee strength they have and then the employees have to take the pressure for it.
