1. Management is very poor. 2. HRs are not for your help but puppets of management. 3. Attendance tool is worst and if you miss then ask your manager to approve or you will be having Leave without pay. 4. Everyone is here to take credit of your hard work. 5. I have been working with AVASO now. Working experience overall very good and great infrastructure. managements is very polit and good working experience.

Dislikes

I need to change the working space, I have been working last 8 years with a same managements. I have face the problem for premotion, I have not seen any premotion or benefit in future, so I need to move for better opportunity.
