First thing is it has been 1.5 years and we have not received our PFs and there is nothing like we are working in corporate. It's just like coming to the office finish 9 hours and log out. The managers is not providing that much access to learn new things. We are IT engineers and we are with limited access. No rules for dressing. For small small things too many restrictions are there. The projects assigned is very innovative and new. Every month we get to meet the leaders from across the globe during the all hands meet. The management respects personal boundaries even during work from home. Realistic timelines for project delivery.

It's a very simple process to transcript but lots of pressure with 7days working sometimes. With no incentive nor bonus. We have to really work hard with extra time on it.
