For Couple Years I'm working under Dynamic Manager and from him i learned a lot of things. the unforgettable Experiences. The Entire Team is Marvelous.

Here is one person oriented who's on very senior level (Mr. MG) even manager's are always afraid of him. he just run the company like his own property. He think I'm the everything of Avantor Panoli. In promotion thing after working for continuous more then 3 years rather den given promotions that MG did Demotion and make the culture and environment even worse. Work life Balance like is not great as such randomly anytime they're shifting you in a rotational shift from your fixed timings as per their Convivences and that MG guy forget how did you work in the past. Job Security is only is one hand's person that Mr. MG guy anytime he can fire anyone even for no reason required too....Read More

Everything related to it's diagnostics division is a complete chaos with incompetent people like Amit Sehgal, Bella Wadhwa has turned the diagnostics division as their ancestral zamindari!!! Can't say why Amit Sehgal supports people like Bella Wadhwa where she doesn't have any understanding on the product portfolio, the marketing designation she holds and the way she treats her reportees is a pathetic situation altogether. Amit Sehgal doesn't have intelligence or competency to understand the pulse id Indian IVD industry rather has taken all disastrous decision like bringing up Diatron products instead of strengthening position with Mindray.
