Avantor is a great company to work with, good work life balance - as of now only a week of WFO. Salary & benifits are competitive & as per Market standards.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
