The best part about working with Avanti is work culture. There is no match to that. There is no boss culture here. You get to experiment a lot of things if you feel they are good for company. Both the founders are amazing.

Dislikes

1. Directionless - Few people at higher positions are not doing their job properly as a result of which the organisation is suffering a lot. 2. Job security - Due to cash crunch, In recent days, job insecurity has increased a lot. 3. Growth - As you generally don't get very good kids academically, also there is not very much of techin classes at center.
