Really incapable managers (mostly) They do interfere with your personal life and call it's part of the job. They do have a Really good moto but the things they do in the ground and at the top just opposites and they Really need more manpower

As of 16/10/2021, NOTHING. It's been 2 months since I've joined - Nobody cares about new hires it seems like. There seems to be no teamwork, everyone works in their own silos. Shockingly, there is no internal team's WhatsApp group, at least that's what I've been told, I mean LOL! Growth opportunities seem bleak, nobody involves me in discussions and nobody asks for my opinions on ongoing projects. Completely bored here.
