Low career growth & opportunities, lack of seniors / mentors / experienced engineers and small team.

The job is interesting, got to work on a few cool technologies. Struggled in the beginning due to lack of mentors / senior engineers. Self interest and peer motivation lead me to experience multiple roles in the same team.

The best thing I can say about Avantari Technology is that I learn a lot I always has some projects and they always appreciated me.The beauty of this company is the people that works here are really awesome they treat each other as a family I always find them helping and collaborating nature.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
