Good opportunity for freshers as they get to leaning alot of new things and explore their strengths and weaknesses.

Work life balance is terrible. You only get 3 week offs in the entire month as they force you to work on sundays as well. No overtime is paid but they will ask you to do overtime. Senior management is toxic and never listen to the team leaders. No incentive is paid, no appointment letter is given. Not even your salary is paid on time. Real problem here is skill development, because of which the company has lost alot of businesses and will continue to loose more in the future. Average salary paid is too low as per market standards. Even though you ask for leaves or go on vacation they will ask to work from your vacation, which is really terrible because it messed up your work life balance. Though the directors as positive, the VP ops alone has made the company environment toxic and insufferable. Do not expect raise in this company. Further if your goal is to learn things, this will be a good choice but you cant see your career grow here....Read More

It has always been an awesome working experience with all the companies I worked before but Avant Finwise has a different vibe environment & work culture. It's been just 5 months I am a Avanteer Family Member. I don't dread coming at work on Monday mornings. The competitive nature of work gives equal chance of improving your skills.True leaders are rare & Our Directors, are one's. It is the leadership that has allowed all the employees to flourish. Overall zonal head managers & our training staff is worth for their post as they manage each & every need of their employees.
