Salary and employee benefits are good in terms with the market trends

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Managers are extremely aggressive and it is expected to work overtime and on weekends. There is no training or guidance from the seniors and the attrition rate is very high due to which there is no stability. The HR does not take cognizance of employees issues.

If by finance you mean a front-office career in an investment bank, private equity firm, hedge-fund, or equivalent, you can expect very long hours, chronic career instability, stress, and, depending on role/area, an awful lot of ‘office politics’.

Working in Avanse is like a place where you are free to learn, Explore and groom your skills well. Management had employee centric approach, which I didn't found in my earlier companies
