I worked as Branch Credit Manager for Chennai. I faced hell there with the supervisor he used to screw employee just for personal sake ,he is kind of sadist guy but ither staffs are too good and company benifits and perks are really good.

No support from your boss specially in SIL Segment.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
