Being at the helm I can take my own decisions and drive the business towards company’s vision as set by our MD, Mr Sundararajan. It’s an Employee friendly company and we love working here .

5 days working culture is the only thing that I liked.

The Marketing Manager Ruchir Gupta is nightmare, hadn't experienced such shit character in my 8 years of professional life. He knew me from last MNc where he was terminated, he asked me to join his new organization and talked big things. He made my transition a nightmare, because of him I ruined my relationship in previous org andhe kicked me out from this company after 9 months. He shouts and bangs his feast on table like an animal, and yell at all employees, every task he gives is super urgent, can't see you laughing or talking to person sitting next to you. Even he dictated that everyone needs to be available when he calls, no matter you're eating or in middle of a task. He cheated me with my FnF, I trusted him that he wouldn't do such things as we knew each other well but he fired me , told me to serve 15days notice with full month payment. I was fooled, he manipulated me and didn't give this in written, and I could do nothing. The environment in delhi office he more than toxic, everyday he will make your life measurable, he treats employees like shit servants.
