Do not ever join this company if you want job security. Look for security, they will be very nice at starting but then without any explanation you will be asked to leave. Hiring firing company. In Sep 2024 they dissolved the entire team asking 2 month old & 2 weeks old & even 2 days old joinees to leave.. Witnessed a scenario where people who joined few months ago, few weeks ago and few days ago were asked to leave with NO compensation. A lady who worked for 10 years as almost a founder member of Avalara India was asked to leave and ID got deactivated over phone in few seconds only.. Avalara "Orange team" Orange theme all is purely a branding trick.. Free food and free snacks are cover to hide such practices.....Read More

Hiring and Firing Company. Lot of new and old hires. People who joined few months, few weeks and few days ago were asked to leave abruptly.. Even a lady who was working for 10 years was asked to leave over phone and her ID got disconnected in few seconds over call only..
