Its been 4 year working in Avacend solutions, although working for SIEL(Networking division) but response from Avacend management is awesome. All executives are very quick to resolve the query or problems. Specially Ms. Reshma Bhalekar as she is the HR coordinator. She resolves every query regarding claims/laptops/salary etc.. Salary is also being credit on time since i have joined.

I'm working at client site on behalf of avacend solutions. There is no timing for work. Daily I worked 12-14 hr. No traveling benefits. Salary cycle 1 to 5 which is very bad. Without timesheet approval by your manager salary not credited.

Everything is worst in this company. Work culture is zero, it's just like a School or tution. They'll collect the mobiles, they won't respect the employee.
