Majority Muslims people were worked when I was there no growth for sicencere workers especially both the TL we're Muslims and they given the promotion to the Muslim colleague only

No hike in Salary, no friendly environment within company, have to work for 10hr a day even though working hour is 9. Their will be heavy pressure on work. Sometimes we have to handle other process too due to lack of employees.
