Having best employee friendly policies and timeoff. 33 anual leaves and 4 months paternity leaves is amazing. Good policies for awards and recognition.

Dislikes

Sometimes doesnt get that feeling of product company, all depends upon the team you are involved in. Work life balance depends upon the unit leadership
