*As name only says they are like such a big and advanced group but in reality we unable to find it. *Appraisal process and growth is not upto the mark, *They won't follow their commitment and promises, *Work life balance is not that much good, *It's a desktop works, *Once the employee deployed with customer place then never care them.

I like to work there as a Engineer. But the primary work is only doing Drawing/Checking where anyone can do with practice. It wont let you learn more than that. No practice experiences, no advancements, no proper training. Just hire and work.

Management- Only concern about money/no value for employee until you resign. Project scope - is less. Its like “Do as per order. Dont think smart”. Opportunities- Dont dream for abroad. Chennai is their Onsite(Have clients).

Good work life balance. Plenty to learn.

Company has to conduct employee engagement activities regularly to build a relationship within the employees, which they fail to do so. During festive period like christmas or diwali, enlighting the work space could be better as decorating the entire work space and creating a positive vibe environment. The company is doing it but it feels like they are just doing it for a namesake.
