I'm happy to work in ARAI for the beautiful environment in ARAI and also a lot more knowledge here to collect and get practically known the things that happen in our presence. Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria, company policies are good appraisal are Fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year 😊

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite intresting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same tea

The team coordinators and subordinates are good and are cooporative. The work culture is good. The organization is good and if you are an engineer you have a good scope and also career growth and if you are an non engineer and are working for a specific project then you don't have any good scope or career growth.

Dislikes

You can feel some dominating atmosphere and also you don't have much space for your opinion.
