Interaction between different class of people ( workers ,staff), get opportunity to handle different kind of situations of workers and staff, As a fresher learn a lot of things in HR field . College to corporate change itself a new experience.(politics, culture change, workload etc).

Dislikes

More focus on production , forsake or production sometimes system is also bypassed, Service dept does not consider as important as production dept.

Work Details

As a HR executive job responsibilities is quit challenging like upgrade skill level of workers , arranging employee engagement activities , also handling grievances of staff and workers, but overall it's a good life experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
