There have a lots of work pressure, they credit salary very late and they do not know how to talk and behave with the employees. They never appreciate anyone always complaining about ur work and always increase you target day by day and never gave u a permission of taking leaves.. when u go and ask about leave they always shouting and etc etc

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
