We can get experience to work on project from every aspect as it is a small scale company Job security

Dislikes

• Company culture • HR policies • No work life balance • They don’t use teams for chat/meetings, they prefer to call anyone direct on phone or what’s app and that too anytime anyday (thay can cal at midnight also) • Poor canteen facility • When CEO comes to India office, he don’t give respect to anyone rather if anyone did mistake he use abusive language and talk rudely • Team leads/Managers don’t have sense to run the team, they never take the back of team members • Agile methodology (scrum) not properly gets followed, resulting everyone gets frustrated with the process...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
