Very Good Organization and I am very much proud that I was with the esteemed organization.Currently organisation planned to rise the police's and bussiness practices as per the current market scenario and expectation.But the leader board was leading by the leader was not ready to accept the change in action and demotivation and demoral was entertaining by him.So till his presence what ever the organisation was planning to do for the development it will not reach it phase.And the team was not upto the market expectation and requirment to demonstrate the products in a scientific way of selling due to lack of communication ,confidence .more over the team was designed by the leader who doesn't want to work inthe field .so the each individual will not get equipped and looser is the employee and the employer. So organisation should be concentrate on the quality people and quality leader . The leaders who exploits the genuine organisation...deep analysis was not made by the Unit Bussiness Head which and where the organisation stucking. As per the appointed consultants inputs company expecting results ,but the leaders from The grade of RSM pretending as they are the executers.But misguiding the team till consultants was in the organisation this will be there,any how some day they will be out ...till that we will manage.so such kind of inputs will lead a team in wrong direction.where the investment of the organisation goes meaningless...Read More
