AuroIN is a digital marketing company catering services to businesses across the globe. It gives me an opportunity to work with varieties of businesses and gain new experiences. Likewise, I get a good chance to work with people from various cultures, and makes me understand people to better manage the team. I feel privileged to work with such a wonderful company and its people as well.

Dislikes

Every workplace has room for improvement and consistent changes improve the work culture of a company. The management is apt enough to adopt changes to provide better benefits to its employees. However, the time of such transition is a bit challenging and everybody has to accept it and support the company wholeheartedly.

Work Details

My job is to drive the team to get the best output. I prepare plans and strategies for the clients to offer them the best available services. I do prepare the execution plan which the team works at different levels.
