There is no learnings and new technologies for further growth. Communication and technologies are very poor. Systems are very old and it's good organisation for higher positions

Nothing is new to learn and not fits for further growth. More politics for new person to fit.

My job role is QMS lead but there is no support from the management. Employees are not skilled and working from long time hence not adopts new Innovations. Guidance will not be available and more pressure will be there on quality people for batch releas.
