To Aurigo, I'm very grateful for the safe work atmosphere it has given me for the first day. There has been no day when I've not felt secure. This company is majorly committed to this kind of environment. It stands out in the offering safety in every aspect. Whether it is about personal safety, mental relaxation, or anything else, it is good at maintaining its commitment.

Dislikes

It is tiring to travel more than one hour every day.

Some companies claim to be professional and some surely know how to be one. Aurigo falls in second category. It is absolutely professional and I can recommend to join it. In the past year, not even for a single time has my salary been late. my leaves have been approved on a quick note. the management and HR have only been fair in everything that they've done.

Dislikes

Given the benefits, I can easily ignore some small issues.

In my field, exploring new technologies matters. The more I am familiar with these, the better I am in my work. I have explored numerous technologies in a year. Also, I have obtained practical experience in applying them. This has given me a new way to create my work strategy. I feel like I am quite upgraded in my field.

Dislikes

Apart from a joining kit, goodies should consistently be offered to the employees.

Thank you Aurigo for reliable and prompt salary practices. Salaries are given at right time. This is the case for every month. As an employee of Aurigo, all my financial uncertainties have been eliminated. The office is extremely reliable for appraisals too. It was offered to me in a timely manner. Thank you for being punctual with these processes.

Dislikes

I wish the process for crediting leaves was quick. It would have then been hassle-free to apply.

Different policies are there. Some of them are basic and some are advanced. It' is good that everyone follow these. No one is exceptional for the company and no biased advantages are given. Attendance rules apply to everyone. Good behavioural conduct is important for everyone. Everyone has to be accountable for their actions. Everything is perfectly sorted and fair.

Dislikes

More meeting room should have been added. Meetings happen often and most rooms are frequented.
