One thing I appreciate a lot about this place is work-life balance. I have a perfectly balanced role and am superbly satisfied with it. No matter what work you do, this balance is important. I never had to struggle to maintain it. Everything has smooth and easy-going. On my plate, I have different responsibilities. All of them are prioritised, making sure that I feel no pressure.

Aurigo has quite a friendly staff. This is what I admire about it. The employees work at different levels. But they all know what it is to be on a team. They maintain friendly terms and politely convey whatever they want to. We work very cordially at Aurigo.

Adapting to this role was challenging and exciting at the same time. The company gave me sufficient time to understand it. But the actual training phase was not that long.

If you're an employee of Aurigo, you'll be showered with benefits. This is the office where the probations period has been the most comfortable because of these benefits. This office has the best work culture. It has friendly and encouraging top management. I have an amazing and flexible schedule, with nothing being hectic at all. Everything is superb, even the office policies.

Here, I've been working for a long time and I've been surely loving my job. The office provides some of the best perks, Whether or not you're new to it. The vibe in this place is very chill. Directors are friendly and their support matters. Health and sick leaves are good in numbers. Parties and celebrations are very common. There is no gap between teams.

So, for a year, I have been an employee of this company. I was hired to serve full- time. Throughout the duration of my term, I have enjoyed my work. My shift has been relaxing and comfortable. This company has benefits like work- life balance. There is a flexible leave policy for the employees. A positive office environment is observed as well.

The best example of a fun workplace is the one aurigo's management has given a good leave policy. Celebrations also happen for some festivals. Team lunches are fun to look forward to Regarding the code of conduct, everyone is given respect.
