In about 2 weeks, i'll be fishing a year at aurigo software technologies. My expectations from the company as an employee have been fulfilled. The most positive thing i found here is job security.

Sick leaves are not much available. This was a bit of problem for me when i was unwell for almost 2 weeks

I have been working in this company only since a year but I guess this much time is quite sufficient to realize how professional this company is. Throughout this year, the salary was never late. It was given on time. There was no scene of pay cuts or cost cutting also. Even when I am new here, I did not have to fear about job security issues . We are working from home since the lockdown started. Sometimes due to network problems, I do face issues in connecting with the team.
