...heck the application. when my hiring was done , I was satisfied with everything. Also i am thankful to the company for not deducting any amount from my salary due to pandemic and lock down. I also find things very organized in the company even when i work from home, I find no issues in doing my work

I haven't been able to see the office yet. I hope that it is well - maintained and hygienic too

...as during the lockdown period of 2020 that i started working with this company. i was looking for a company in the initial months of 2020 that could at least pay me the full salary it not a hike. at aurigo i am impressed with the concern of the company for its employee's safety. i do not have to worry about getting affected by the virus since i am safety working from now.

Not really disliking it but i am sure that working from the office will also be an amazing experience . i hope the office re opens soon when it's safe.

...as composed of several rounds and i had to put in my best to clear those rounds. After finally achieving a position here, i feel so satisfied my salary is perfect and with every hike that i have received , my colleagues really respect me and when we all work, we work we like a team and that is why we are able to get good results.

since i am not originally from banglore, the availeble leaves sometimes seem insufficient

in my former company, i was asked to submit my resignation because the company was not able to pay me the full salary because of the coronavirus pandemic. i was worried about my income bacause there are only 2 earning member in my family. it took me some to find a company that could at least pay me the full salary if not a high package/ i'll really say that i was lucky to find a job at aurigo software technologies. I also been given a hike even when i was not expecting

it is too soon to tell about ant dislike here but as of now, things are pretty okay for me.

... focus more on the quality than selecting an employee who asks for a low salary. i am getting a great package and i am giving the best of my work to the office

There is nothing much to dislike. small issues can come up but if i aware the arrangement about it then everything is sorted.
