The work culture of the company is exceptional. My terms with the employee are great. They are professional and very good at their work. Sometimes I get to connect with the company's founders and i like their way of communicating and appreciating the employees.

Employee induction is not property done , as i feel new employees often join here. But i Hardly Know all of them

I joined the company because of its reputation. I have heard that its software solutions are the best for the employees , Auruigo ensures a good work culture. I found that HR and management are transparent too and the employees can confide in them

I come with an experience of 10 years. The company has new things to explore but not many as i am familiar with a lot of them
