I met some good people there, and also they allow you to take leaves in notice period at some extend.

If you are going at "scientist" position this is for you...good luck if you wanna go there, like if you never worked with good organisation then you can adjust there. It's and old building...in some labs there's broken tiles on floor you can fall from them. There's no safety they just blabber about it, no emergency exit in labs.. there are 10 scientist work at the same time and there's 4 rotatory evaporator in lab and all in open area not a single one in hood, so if you want to evaporate thio or azide compound good luck(also no elephant trunk went). also shortage of combi flash people fight to use them max 2 in a lab if you're lucky otherwise 1 ... shortage of glassware....manager will ask you to put reaction at end time and you will have to arrange glassware it will take 1/2 hr for small and 1 hr for big set up or more... shortage of reflux set up they don't have cold finger condenser also, they are working on small scale and they dont have 1 mL syringe. safety people don't know anything. hoods exhausts are not so good always alarms make sound. managers only care about lab safety when there's audit. sitting arrangements not so good also shift system is not good if you're a girl and working in second shift and ask for cab they will say we provide for 3 km distance only all cabs belongs to aurigene oncology... if you want pay money if 2 people are coming... i paid 3k a month later i heard the increased...food is not good also if you work in second shift dinner time is 9.30 like we're not humans, management themselves decided without asking anyone, because they think people don't go in labs after dinner. department heads are worst no one is polite and know corporate culture. there is no lab assistant i saw very few times....in 2-3 labs only one lab boy because of cost cutting. they want scientists to do all the work like filling solvents in their shifts and want them to stay more if they don't finish their work because of the lab boy work. also dispensary is small container box. If you have any complaints hr will be on management's side first of all they won't listen. they have half of the department in Hyderabad so you will get frustrated. also shifts starts from 6 in the morning i mean common. so many times small chemical store that is in second floor remain closed because of lack of staff...you'll have to go down stairs and climb 2 floors by stairs...you can't use lift. there's no safety protocols... i worked in a very good organisation this was like nightmare for me but some people said there's more worse then this in culture. also there's no team outing, hr will arrange little functions like dandiya but because of work pressure you can't go. they did not had lab assistant in NMR when i worked so you'll have to prepare samples along with your work so if you have 5-10 samples then good luck also they don't have proper systems to track chemicals, they will not train you (just 10 min presentation of trash) for ELN and if you ask question they will say ask your fellow colleagues the know. also magnetic needles people brought from their previous companies you have to ask them or steal ...company will not provide. also temp. of the lab you can't control if you tell them they won't do anything also no good waste management for solvents its not is proper ventilated area.. i conclude here with one more funny thing...they will tell you they are constructing new buildings in Hyderabad and giving them good facilities and ask you to work harder with such limited facility because they are giving them facilities....Read More

Dislikes

They are competing with MNCs with limited infrastructure and personnel. So the pressure to deliver in a short time is much higher. Not much work life balance.
