No goo top management. No set processes. Leaders who suppose to set processes/ targets does not do anything and once all done they start pressurise the juniors. Poor execution from CEO .

I like the safety measures taken at the site and the people here are like a family and also the food we get over here.

Job security is quite good. Management is not good specially admin department we will never get the solution for our actual problem. its like they even don't know about the policies.

I don't see growing myself here. Learning is very less. more work pressure.

Company location is very nice. Company always taking care of employees and their belongings. All policies are good, like as a leave, work culture, working days (5 Days), working hours, canteen facilities and competition benifits. Company having their own OHC (Occupational Health Centre) at site. In Covid-19 pandemic, company provided all kind of help to the employees and their belongings.

Dislikes

Some instrumental facilities are very old, like as line vaccume for rotavapours, Vaccume pumps are very less. But for work this are sufficient.
