approachable colleagues and senior management, freedom at work. respect for individuals, helping mindset between the teams, administrative efficiency

Dislikes

Short term solutions for majority of the needs, mainly for infrastructure. Moving towards bureaucratic organization, dumping complicated rules and procedures causing delays without understanding the need for such process / procedures, which is also causing stress to employees on their jobs.

The working culture of the organization is very unique. There is no discrimination among the employees, everyone can make their points irrespective of their work level. Employees have liberty to take decisions for their work. Employees are encouraged to come out with new ideas.

HR and finance policies can be little more employee friendly. Travel policies need to be relooked so that too much disparity is avoided.

HR policies are not bad. Canteen facility is good.

The management favours only the one's who are on top & don't care about the lower level employees. In the oncology plant especially Cell & gene therapy(QCM) section is too worst . Don't fall for the word Dr.Reddy's you can't expect that standards & work culture 1% also here. Too much of internal politics doesn't allow the people to learn restrict everything & the lead behaves like as if he is the one who is paying from his pocket and treat the team members like workers . If there is no work means also forcefully he insists the people to extend because he comes late to office & leave late due to flexible times & it's applicable only for him to come late & not to others. I felt like somewhere I again joined to school or what because the lead has too much attitude and in the name of discipline he orders people not to wear any kind of chain, ring ,watch & etc and orders them to compulsorily tuck in and However, none of these are in Company HR policies but he insists to do that because he does it. Too arrogant & not at all friendly with the team mates. Toxic environment to work & keeps on threatening the people for each & everything saying will terminate you immediately and will inform HR etc. Only package wise the organisation provides the standard but 50% of your salary will be deducted in the deduction like cab because its pricing is at the sky high too costly & the canteen deduction is also high .
