Dislikes

I would suggest a better induction meetings and presentation can be conducted to explain the HR policies and procedures.

overall, i have really enjoyed working at Auditics because of the supportive team and learning opportunity. if I were to point out an area for improvement, I would say that sometimes cross-departmental communication could be more efficient. it can occasionally slow down project timeline.

On some rare occasions the interdepartmental communication is not that great. that can be improved, but overall it is very good company .
