I like the AU bank as a big company.

So many dislikes as I'm a fincare unit employee, I have a joined in Fincare bank as Senior Manager only for the grade with just of 8% hike only for Grade, but after the merger My grade was downgrade to Deputy Manager instead of senior Manager, this is not just a grade it's my hard work honour and my career which is given the previous company to me. With Only Savings and Current accounts of AU bank account features in my Business area location it can't help to My customers, in my area lot of customers handling Chillies and cotton business. Compare to Idfc bank 25k account they give approx 28 features free of cost, but in AU mostly are charging. At ground level service employee are getting criticism who are good in customer service but not doing any sales The thing is only asked for sales and only sales if we need to do sales then why we had joined service team Senior always talk in sarcasm way in front of everyone rather being if it's employee or any customer and never appreciated for doing good in all terms of customer service

Similar working. Need to do night shifts ( and maintain attendance). HR dept is very bad. Except work, they are expecting everything. Not releasing bonuses on time. Attendance management is also bad who is doing night shifts.

Considering my vertical and seniors the work life balence is top notch , one can learn new things and grow himself.

Too much politics happen in organisation and no appreciation for performing better and IT team in my location is worst moreover work late in month end days without extra payout and no incentive for us.

I was working at AU as assistant manager in SME assets operations and my reporting manager is not supported me in my initial time either he was insecure with me because we both have equally qualified. Politics are also there in team. Favouritism also exist there. Never ever join this company.
