Worst company I have ever seen. Worst for sales. 2 time punching for sales after field you have to come and punch. Hire and fire rule. Worst credit policy in home loan. Rejection ratio is to high. Regional business manager of Maharashtra saral Sharma is abusing his business manager, Portfolio business, saral is using very tapori andslum language he is not a professional. He thinks everyone of his slave he treat them like a slave. Now the attration ratio of Mumbai is very high. Turbhe,thane,kalyan branch almost going to close. Rest of Mumbai branch will be closed soon due to his behaviour. Every business manager resign with in 2-3 month.If you are complaining to HR they will not support you. Because HR is also a puppet of saral Sharma. Don't join au small finance bank. They promised me to provide 2 month notice period buyout previous company I had resigned in 1 months and two months for buy but they didn't give me. Also I leave au small finance bank in very less time so that is also my loss because my CV is spoil due to this<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. AU bank is the worst bank in india . They are using new employee caliber and treat them like a beggar . Mr. Sultan Ram jat treating employee as a servant of him and behave like a king of AU bank . He will not work accordingly banking system . Almost every employee of Shahpura region is facing this kind of problem. But nobody raise this issue because of his/ her job security. He is using abusing language for all seniors . Just let it be this concern , same as Mr. Uttam tibheriwal ED is the very genuine person, he is very down to earth person and is my hero . If AU bank want to continue his performance then sultan ram jat have to kick out from organisation. Otherwise let's c in the future .
