If you look with fresher's perspective, it is excellent to join as initial base. Where you get numerous chance to work on newer technologies on standalone base. I believe if you train under such circumstances, then you'll be like full stake independent developer. When you join as a senior, you'll miss management and lack of work culture. Project planning won't be certain. You might get any project on any day at any time. You'll miss salary structure and company allowances. It could be improvise for sure. Neither job satisfaction nor job security. Hired as developer and work given as trainer. Told me to learn new technology within 15 days and then give training to the professional who has experience more than 10 years in same field.
